Ingredients:

– Half a cup of low fat milk
– Half a cup of plain yogurt
– 1 Large banana
– 1 Cup of frozen blueberries
– 1/5 of a cup of almond meal
– 3-4 Tablespoons of protein powder
– 1 Tablespoon of honey

 

Directions:

1. Get your blender and put in the low fat milk, plain yogurt, banana, frozen blueberries, almond meal, protein powder, and honey.
2. Blend it on medium for about 1 minute.
