It’s easier than ever to make great desserts at home that taste just like the one’s featured at local shops or summer fairs and that’s why these Chocolate Snow Creams are a favorite to make. Tasting just like a snow cone but with a luxurious flavor of creamy chocolate, it’s a tasty twist on the original.

Simmered sugar and water start the process which includes the addition of chocolate powder, vanilla and condensed milk. Chill the mixture then simply blend some ice and spoon it into a cup. Pour the creamy, sweet chocolate sauce over the ice, grab a spoon and enjoy to your heart’s delight.


– 1 Cup of sugar
– 1 Cup of water
– 2-4 Tablespoons of chocolate powder
– 2 Teaspoons of vanilla extract
– 130-150 Grams of sweetened condensed milk
– 4-6 Cups of ice


1. Get a small-medium sauce pan and add the sugar and water. Turn on the heat, give it a stir, and bring to a simmer. Once it is simmering, turn off the heat.
2. Add the chocolate powder and stir. Then leave it to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
3. Get a jug and pour in the chocolate mixture. Then add the vanilla extract and give it a stir.
4. Add the sweetened condensed milk and whisk it in. Then put it in the fridge to chill.
5. Get a blender and put in the ice. Blend it until it looks like snow.
6. Get a glass, put the ice in and pour in the chocolate mixture over it.
