Three of the most delicious, decadent dessert flavors come together in these irresistible Coconut Caramel Chocolate Bars. The dreamy treat starts with a scoop of tender, flakey coconut, and significantly sweet icing sugar. The fluffy, white mix gets a boost from the addition of cream of tartar and a heavenly richness from sweetened, condensed milk. Place the mixture in a push-up base and press evenly to distribute. Melted butter, luscious, thickened cream are then warmed on the stove before brown sugar is added. A yummy caramel develops and is placed on top of the coconut layer.

The base of the bars gets refrigerated to set as melted milk chocolate is prepared to cover the cut bars when ready. The result is a moist and gooey treat that’s ready to eat.
