– 60ml of cold water
– 4 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
– 200 Grams of butter
– 1 Teaspoon of vanilla essence
– 200 Grams of ferrero rochers
– 3 Eggs
– 1 Cup of sugar
– 3/4 Cup of self raising flour
– Frosting for the top
– Ferrero rocher’s for decorating



1. Get a medium-sized sauce pan and put in the cold water, cocoa powder, butter, vanilla essence, and ferrero rochers.
2. Turn the heat on to low and keep stirring until everything has melted. Once it’s done, turn off the heat and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
3. Get a stand mixer and put in the eggs and sugar, then beat it until it’s creamy.
4. While mixing on low, pour slowly the chocolate mixture and self raising flour.
5. Get a baking tin, grease it, and pour in the mixture.
6. Pre-heat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius or 320 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 45 minutes to an hour.
7. Once done, let it cool for a couple hours then spread the frosting on top and decorate with Ferrero rocher’s.
