Crispy on the outside and tender and flaky on the inside, this Beer Battered Fish recipe is easy
and delicious. And, it’s the perfect recipe for a family meal after a successful weekend of
fishing. The simply batter is made with flour, salt, fluffy eggs, and beer of your choice. Whisk the
ingredients together and watch the batter fizz and froth into a perfect coating for your fresh
fish. The chilled batter is placed in a shallow dish for dipping after your fish has been given a
dusting of flour. The fillets are cooked in hot, bubbling oil and drained on a kitchen towel. The
batter fries up the fillets delightfully light and crunchy.
