The delightful pop of a blueberry nestled inside a warm and delicious pancake makes for a special breakfast treat any day of the week.

Make these tender and moist Blueberry Pancakes by cracking a rich egg into a bowl and adding a few easy ingredients kept on hand like creamy milk, salt, vanilla essence and light and fluffy flour. Whip them all together and fold in a nice bunch of fresh, ripe blueberries to make the creamy batter. Ladle spoonful’s of batter carefully into a warm frying pan with melted butter and watch as they sizzle and puff into pancake perfection.



– 1 large egg
– 1 Cup of milk
– 1 Cup of self raising flour
– Pinch of sea salt
– 1/2 Cup of sugar
– 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1/2 Cup of blueberries



1. Get a mixing bowl and put in the eggs, milk, self raising flour, sea salt, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix it together.
2. Then add the blueberries and mix it through.
3. Get a frying pan, heat it up for a couple of minutes then add some oil/butter.
4. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook it like a normal pancake.
