When you need to whip up a quick batch of cookies, these No-Bake Cookie Butter Cookies are a perfect and mouthwatering solution. Prepare them in a saucepan using just butter, sugar and milk which is melted and brought to a rolling boil. The sumptuous flavor of vanilla extract gives the cookies their amazingly rich taste while cookie butter and dried rolled oats provides the decadent texture that sets this treat apart.

Spoonfuls of dough are simply placed on a baking tray and left to set at room temperature, or in the refrigerator if you need to speed up the process. There’s nothing faster and easier than these tender, chewy treats and they’re perfect as a take-along for the kids on an afternoon picnic.



– 1/2 Cup of butter
– 1/2 Cup of milk
– 2 Cups of sugar
– 2 Teaspoons of vanilla extract
– 1/2 Cup of cookie butter
– 2.5 Cups of dry rolled oats



1. Get a medium to large sauce pan and put in the butter, milk, and sugar. Melt it and bring to a boil.
2. Once it boils, leave it for 60 seconds and turn the heat off.
3. Add the vanilla extract, cookie butter, and dry rolled oats. Stir it through.
4. Spoon the mixture and put it into a silicon tray or parchment paper.
5. Put them in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes and serve.
