There’s nothing quite as fun as making delicious, homemade candies full of fresh ingredients in the shapes and sizes you want. These tasty, petite, White Chocolate Truffles look just like the local candy store variety with an amazing flavor and fudge-like texture.

Full of yummy things like white chocolate, thickened, rich cream, and coconut liquor which is melted and shaped into delightful rounds, the delicate truffles are dipped in luscious chocolate and placed on parchment before getting an hour-long freeze. They’re a perfect feature for a tea-party or boxed as a special gift.

– 180 Grams of white chocolate
– 60ml of thickened cream
– 1/2 Tablespoon of coconut liquor
– 200 grams of chocolate

1. Get a microwave-safe bowl and put in the white chocolate and thickened cream. Then put it in the
microwave for 30 seconds and give it a stir. Then put it again for another 30 seconds and stir. Repeat
the process until it’s all melted.

2. Add in the coconut liquor, mix it through and put it in the fridge to set for about an hour or so.

3. Get a tray with a baking paper and roll the mixture into balls. Put it in the fridge for about 20-30 minutes.

5. Get your chocolate and melt it the same way with the white chocolate and dip the white chocolate balls in. Once done, put it in the fridge for about an hour to set.
